What We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, credentials), usage data, technical information (IP address, browser, device), communication data, and payment information. Full credit card details are processed by third-party payment processors and never stored by us.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of your active account. Inactive accounts may be flagged for deletion after 12 months, with 30 days’ notice. Deleted accounts have data permanently removed within 90 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data. Exercise rights through account settings or by contacting support — we respond within 30 days.
AI & Third Parties
When using AI features, portions of your content may be transmitted to the AI provider you’ve selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data. Review each provider’s privacy policy for their practices.
Jurisdiction
EEA/UK users have GDPR rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights including the right to know, correct, and delete personal data.
