Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Plan changes, payment details, invoices and cancellation are all handled in the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from Billing in your settings.

Does ForgeMD work fully offline?

Yes. All core features work offline with encrypted local storage. When you reconnect, Yjs CRDT conflict-free sync resolves any changes automatically.

Which AI providers does ForgeMD support?

You can switch between OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. AI features can be toggled on or off per user and per organizational policy.

Is my data secure?

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), authentication is handled by AWS Cognito, and document content is synced over an authenticated channel rather than a public API.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Cancel from the Customer Portal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your documents stay on your device — ForgeMD is local-first, so local editing and export keep working. Cloud sync and collaboration stop until you resubscribe.
