1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ForgeMD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the documents you create. ForgeMD is local-first: your content is stored on your device, and is only synced to our servers when you explicitly enable cloud sync or share a document.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful content or activity.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trials convert or expire as described at checkout.

6. Termination

You may stop using ForgeMD at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your locally stored documents remain on your device.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeMD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
