The EULA is the legal contract between you and Synami DOOEL for the ForgeMD software and services. It defines license types, permitted use, intellectual property, warranties, and liability.
License Tiers
Each subscription tier grants specific rights: Starter includes 3 documents, 3 AI generations per month, and 1 workspace; Pro adds unlimited documents, 100 AI generations/month, and full sharing; Team adds unlimited AI and collaboration features; Enterprise adds SSO, SOC 2 compliance features, audit logs, API access, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Key Terms
- You retain full ownership of your content
- The license is non-transferable except for Enterprise license holders among affiliated companies
- AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers
- Refund policy: subscription cancellations continue to end of billing period; no partial refunds
